Each of our suppliers must conform to strict service level commitments (SLA’s) for customer aftercare.

This gives you the peace of mind that not only will you be saving your business money but the service you sign up to will be of the highest quality.

 

All of our suppliers must demonstrate the following:

  • Current service level achievements
  • Service level guarantees
  • Customer dispute resolution policies
  • Accreditations (ISO, ICO, Green)
  • Carbon neutral policies and actions
  • Anti-discrimination policies (gender, age, race)
  • Anti-slavery policies

B2B Online hold regular review meetings with accredited suppliers not only to review costs and packages for our clients but also the maintenance of the SLA’s.

We will continually check their service delivery performance during the term of your contract with them. We will also take any issues you may have, should they arise, and deal with them on your behalf.
